The thing I am most appreciative about is how available you have been for advice. Going through the uncharted territory of buying this practice, there were always times when I would be talking with someone and did not know what the norm was, and it was great to have you in my corner to run things by as a seasoned vet. Your early advice on how to negotiate my meetings with the seller and how to deal with his broker was incredibly helpful. It was also very nice to have someone who has gone through this process so many times give me a bird's-eye view of the entire process. You made it clear at the beginning what the process was, what order everything came in, and what I would need for each step.
