Michael, I poured my heart into the new office and I kept telling myself it was real, but this has been a long road. I shared with a few colleagues close to me and what you did was incredible. I know there are no guarantees in life, but you can do things to become successful. I truly believe this was a win-win for everyone. Thank you for your hard work and perseverance. I am glad we will get to continue our working relationship. I have gotten to know you over the years and see you more as my friend than a broker.
