We are looking forward to working with Michael Njo to help change the culture of the MPDG. Our retreat was the most productive in my 30 years here. I'm excited to do the hard work that will make a difference for all of us. The change needs to start with the partners, and the communication between us all needs to be open, constructive and effective. Although this will be a work in progress, I'm confident that we should see some immediate results. Thanks to all of you for your support through the years. We have a bright future.
