I attended one of Michael Njo's seminars and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of information presented. As I am considering retiring in the next few years and selling my office, I had been feeling overwhelmed by all the details involved. However, the seminar and the book "Dental Practice Transitions Handbook" turned out to be a great starting point. Michael is perceptive of each dentist's needs and unique situation. I shared my timeline, and he adapted his approach accordingly. His organization has a team of professionals with the depth of expertise to handle every aspect of the transition. I look forward to working with Dental Transitions as I move into the next stage of my life.
